We work through your history, the way your body is moving today, and the specific demands you need it to meet. From there we build a plan: how often we'll see each other, what you'll do between visits, and how we'll know you're winning.

- Do I need a referral?
- No. Tennessee allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book an evaluation without seeing a physician first.
- Where will the visit take place?
- Most evaluations happen at your home or gym in Clarksville, Sango, or surrounding Montgomery County. You can also choose the studio at 2862 E Old Ashland City Rd.
- Will I get treatment on the first visit?
- Yes. Unlike high-volume clinics, we assess and treat in the same session. You leave with manual therapy already performed and the first exercises in motion.
- Why is the price higher than insurance copays?
- You're booking a full 60–75 minute one-on-one visit with a licensed PT — not a 15-minute slot shared between several patients. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement on request.
