How the session flows.

Your evaluation starts where you are — at home on a quiet weekday morning, in your gym before a lift, or in our Sango studio. We block 60–75 minutes so nothing feels rushed and so we can move straight from assessment into treatment.

We work through your history, the way your body is moving today, and the specific demands you need it to meet. From there we build a plan: how often we'll see each other, what you'll do between visits, and how we'll know you're winning.

You leave the first visit with a clear diagnosis, the first treatment already done, and a program you can actually follow. No mystery, no waiting room, no rebooking five times to get answers.

Common questions.

Do I need a referral?: No. Tennessee allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book an evaluation without seeing a physician first.
Where will the visit take place?: Most evaluations happen at your home or gym in Clarksville, Sango, or surrounding Montgomery County. You can also choose the studio at 2862 E Old Ashland City Rd.
Will I get treatment on the first visit?: Yes. Unlike high-volume clinics, we assess and treat in the same session. You leave with manual therapy already performed and the first exercises in motion.
Can I use insurance for this visit?: We accept select insurance plans for eligible care. Call or text the clinic with your plan information so we can confirm coverage before your visit. The listed self-pay rate is also available.
